Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I work with you?

We’ve felt out of our depth, struggled as managers, lost direction and lacked confidence – we know how it feels. We now combine years of work experience together with a coaching education from a world leading school, to provide effective coaching that will help you be the manager you can be.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Results. Each session is an hour and during this time, you can expect questions that challenge your assumptions and help you see your situation in a very different light.

We’ll give you the confidence to make new choices and move past whatever is standing in the way of what you want.

Will you give me advice?

No. We don’t think we have the answer to your issues or just tell you what you want to hear. Our goal is to have coaching conversations that are a catalyst for you to find your own answers and help you to make positive, lasting changes.

Where do you coach?

We can coach people online or face to face. As part of our in-person coaching we offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions. We find this an effective way of coaching those who prefer a more informal setting.

What are people saying about your coaching?

  • “There are very many coaches available and it can be hard to navigate and find a good fit. I was very lucky to work with Philippa – she is an incredibly skilled and experienced coach and helped me find new practical approaches to some tricky problems.”

  • “Danny’s coaching sessions helped me to think about and talk through some concerns I had about successfully finding a new job after being in a long period of unemployment. I approached my upcoming interviews much more confidently, knowing that I could do those roles well, and trusting in my skills and knowledge - and very soon I was able to get the job I wanted..”

  • I didn’t really know what to expect as I haven’t done it before, but I found it really useful in helping me to clarify my thoughts and consider my ideas and options in a calm, non-judgemental and supportive environment.”
