Doing ok, but what might you be able to achieve?

You’re doing ok at work.

You get on with your boss and teammates. Your last appraisal said you were meeting expectations and you got the small single digit pay rise that goes with that.

While this isn't the job of your dreams, you think the job is ok.

But what might you be capable of?

You’re generally quite a confident person, but you avoid certain situations and you don’t bring your full creativity and skills to the job. And while this may go unnoticed, it means it’s stopping you from showing your full potential and who you really are.

Your lack of confidence in some areas is holding you back.

Think about it – does any or all of these ring a bell:

  • You have ideas that you keep to yourself because you’re worried people will think they are rubbish

  • You don’t put your name in for that exciting new role that’s come up because you think you are not up to it

  • You never get around to setting up that sider hustle you’ve talked about for years because you’re scared of failing

You can continue to navigate life lacking confidence in certain situations but what is it holding you back from?
